Fallout 4 Bullet Time. No targeting assistance means it's much less benefit. Instead of vats, you'll get a bullet time effect whenever you activate.
Web fallout 4 mod replaces vats with bullet time. Will redesign some of the perks to work with it instead of v.a.t.s. Just replace 100% of the orignal bullet time mod, or just delete the orignal mod and put it in, it's the same mod, but with a small modification.
